FAQ's & Postal rates
1. How long will my order take?
We usually post on the same or next working day - but now and then we are very busy or even poorly so it may take up to three working days for us to get an order ready for posting.
2. How much do you charge for postage & packaging.
This depends on how much you spend; if the item is bulky and where it is sent.
But, to give you a very rough guide to go by while you are shopping; postage will cost around 10p in the pound for general mail sent to a UK postcode address, 20p in the pound to a European address and 30p in the pound to other non-UK addresses.
Bulky items will cost from 20 to 25p in the pound when sent to a UK postcode address.
All UK postage is free when you spend more than £40.

Orders to a UK Postcode address are shipped by First Class Post.
Where 'signed for' and 'Special Delivery' options are available, these can be selected as you pass through the checkout.
Overseas orders are shipped by Air Mail - costs for shipping are the same for small items and bulky because postal charges are based on weight
You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
3. What happens if my order hasn't arrived?
We have to allow 15 working days from the date the order was sent to a UK postcode address before an item is declared lost by Royal Mail and we will refund orders in full if this happens to you.
For non-UK postcode addresses we have to allow 6 weeks before we can refund for lost items.
We do not promise to send replacement goods simply because some items may no longer be in stock and sometimes people change their mind or no longer need an item.
4. Can I return an item?
Yes you can.
If you don't like, don't want it, no longer need it or it doesn't seem as good as you thought - simply let us know you will be returning it and as soon as it arrives back with us in a saleable condition we will refund you for the goods.
BUT - if it is damaged, faulty or we send the wrong item, let us know you are returning it and as soon as we receive it we will refund you the cost of the goods plus postage costs for returning it and what it cost for P&P to include it in your original order.
5. If an item is out of stock, will you send it as a back order?
No, simply because we may forget.
If we do not have an item in stock it will not be added to your invoice.
6. Can I pay over the phone?
No.
But, you do not need a Paypal account to be able to pay by credit or debit card.
7. Will you accept BACS payments?
Yes.
Just send us an email and we can let you know the full details.
8. Can I pay by cheque, bankers draft or postal order?
Yes, you can and the invoice will give you details of who to make the order payable to, together with the address of where to send it.
Please don't forget to print the invoice (or send us a note with the invoice number and your details) and include it with your payment so that we know who is sending the payment and where you want it sent.
9. Do you share my details with anyone else?
No!
10. Do you give a discount for bulk buying?
It depends on the item and how many you are buying.
In general any bulk buying opportunities will be listed under 'Wholesale' , but if you cannot see the item you want to buy in this section it doesn't hurt to ask us.
Examples of bulk buying are 50 x 1 design of peel-off sheets, 500 x 10" or larger feathers in one colour or 2,000 x gems in one colour.
